Students and staff are in high spirits as our students in grades 6-8 celebrate spirit week!!  Our middle school students attended their first all school rally on Friday to celebrate the success of the WBMHS fall sports teams.  Thanks to the middle school pep band led by Mr. Stefanelli and the WB Cheer Team led by Mrs. Smith for helping us to create a great celebration!!


Thanks to Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Conway for leading spirit week for grades 6-8 this week!!

Congratulations to Assistant Principal David Lizotte and our students who are taking part in our mission trip to Haiti this April.  The group has been donating time toward community service to build teamwork as they prepare to visit the Be Like Brit Foundation to build housing and provide much needed supplies for the people of Haiti.

Congrats to WB's first Ultimate Obstacles Club members!  This crew had a great time at the obstacles gym in their first class of their 8 week program.  The Ultimate Obstacles gym in West Boylston is a great take for kids of all ages and great exercise!!

Congratulations to the 2016-2017 MIAA ambassadors -  Students Nash Bourn (grade 12), Flynn Mitchell (grade 11) and Ashley Smith (grade 10).


The WBMHS student ambassadors to the MIAA had the chance to meet New England Patriot and Olympian Nate Ebner today.  Nate spoke to students from the Midland Wachusett Region about his journey into professional sports and his commitment to hard work and persistence in is life.


Nate Ebner tells students from West Boylston and the Midland  Wachusett Region to always give your best, to believe in yourself and to never give up on your dreams in life.


Today the students in Lions Scholar Academy ventured to Boston.  They visited Tufts University and met with admissions and took a campus tour.  Then the group went to Boston Harbor to experience the Doctor's Without Borders exhibit where they learned about this important international organization and the work that it is doing around the world.  The trip today was a great success!


Students learned about structures like tents that medical professionals must construct as mobile hospitals in regions around the world.

 Students were able to visit various learning stations where the staff and representatives from Doctors Without Borders, who encouraged the study of foreign languages to further one's education in many fields including medicine, engineering and of course education.


Students visit the campus at Tufts and learn about the resources and majors available there....
