West Boylston Middle High School Students participated in a STEM Symposium on March 23rd at Boston Scientific in Marlborough, Massachusetts, a program sponsored by Junior Achievement.  Students toured the bio-medical research facility, participated in a laboratory experiments and listened to a panel of recent college graduates who work at Boston Scientific. Led by physics teacher Mr. Sagar Shah the following juniors and seniors participated: Dan Daly, Rain Dimen, David Dorman, Annabelle Fournier, Josh Herrera, Kevin Mercier, Ryan Rizzuto, and Kristin Taylor.

Thank you to our grade 9 and 10 student leaders for their help with planning, organizing, and hosting our middle school spring dance on Saturday night.  You guys rock!!!  Special Thanks to Hanna Cahn for being a fantastic DJ!!  Great Job guys.

On March 5th, 2016, eleven West Boylston Middle High School students participated with 400 other middle and high school students from schools around New England at a Model United Nations at Boston College High School. 

The students prepared papers, debated, and wrote resolutions involving International Cyber Threats, Kurdistan Independence, the Syrian Refugee Crisis, and Indigenous Rights in the Artic Regions along with other topics.  

Celina Recaurte (’20) won the award for best committee paper on Cyber Terrorism.
