On March 5^th, 2016, eleven West Boylston Middle High School students participated with 400 other middle and high school students from schools around New England at a Model United Nations at Boston College High School. 

The students prepared papers, debated, and wrote resolutions involving International Cyber Threats, Kurdistan Independence, the Syrian Refugee Crisis, and Indigenous Rights in the Artic Regions along with other topics.  

Celina Recaurte (’20) won the award for best committee paper on Cyber Terrorism.
